FOREVER AND EVER AMEN

You’ve found the person who you want to be around even when you want to be alone and I think that’s real special.

I’m all about capturing genuine connections and real moments. There's nothing better than marrying your best friend and I want to be there to capture not only the way it looks, but the way it all feels.

I’m about togetherness and all of the authentic moments that are unique to your love.

I want to photograph you as you are wether that’s quirky and playful or affectionate and still. Nothing too stiff or uninspired. Except for family photos-- let's be real you gotta have those posed fridge photos with the fam and with each other. Those images are timeless and will never go out of style.

The truth is that I want to be there with you every step of the way when it comes to your wedding. This ain’t my first rodeo, but it is yours. From planning a timeline to deciding on a first look I am here to guide you.

If you are madly in love, laid back, and not afraid to of a little dirt on your attire or wind in your hair then we are perfect for each other. When it comes to photography I’m not just another vendor— I want to know you and connect with you that way our time together is sincere and familiar. I am totally invested in what I do and your story so cultivating friendships is something that I strive for. Our connection will help me to tell your story in a more honest and beautiful way.

Marriage is a big deal.

Love is a big deal.

Let’s make some magic.

Common questions:

What is your shooting style?

Non-traditional, artistic, and intentional. I like to keep a documentary/photojournalistic style meaning that I am always looking for real moments and genuine reactions to capture. However, i'm always down for a good moody portrait or editorial-esque pose.

How to book:

To secure your date all you need is a signed contract and a paid non-refundable retainer of 50% of your package total. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your wedding day. Payments can be made by check or bank transfer.

What is Zelle?

It's basically Venmo, but through your banking app! If you already have your banking app on your phone, there's no download necessary. If your bank or credit union doesn't offer Zelle yet, just download the Zelle app.

Engagement sessions:

Engagement sessions are available Monday-Wednesday and begin 1.5 hours prior to sunset. If weekdays are not an option engagement sessions can be scheduled on a weekend for an additional $350. In the $4,900 coverage option, engagement sessions can be swapped out for one additional hour of wedding day coverage.

Coverage:

Hours are continuous and can not be split up. The most popular coverage time is 8 hours, but extra coverage may be added for an additional cost.

Image backup:

As soon as I get home I back everything up in at least two locations and I always keep the images on my memory cards until delivery. I also always carry backup gear to your wedding. Speaking of gear, i'm a Canon gal incase you were wondering. (but you probably weren't)

Image Delivery:

Digital images are hosted in an online gallery for up to 6 months where you will be able to download, print, and share your images. Engagement/bridal sessions are typically delivered within 4 weeks and weddings are delivered in 10-12 weeks.

Second shooter:

Although I am completely capable of photographing weddings on my own, a second shooter is there to capture moments and details needed when my attention is on you. Having another perspective of the day helps to tell your full wedding story. For example, while we are taking your family photos post-ceremony the second photographer can be capturing your guests at happy hour! (I meant cocktail hour, but typed happy hour so I'm going to leave that in there because LOL). If your wedding will be 100+ guests and/or you are not planning on doing a first look then a second photographer is recommended.

Shot lists:

I have photographed a lot of weddings so the list I use is more of a mental checklist. The only lists I work from are ones made by the couple for family photos.

Can we have all of the photos you take including the raw, unedited images?

I promise to deliver a beautiful set of carefully curated and edited images from your wedding. If there’s a special moment that doesn’t make the cut technically, I always choose to include that memory so that your story is fully told. For an 8 hour wedding you can expect 500+ photos depending on the size of your wedding, amount of details, number of formal family photos, etc.

Why do I have to pay taxes?

“It’s never too early to learn that the government is a greedy piglet that suckles on the taxpayer's teet until they have sore, chapped nipples." - Ron Swanson

Travel fees:

I love to travel! If your wedding is more than 90 miles roundtrip from 78758 there will be a travel fee of $1/mile plus an additional $150 if 1.5+ hours from Austin. There is a flat rate travel fee of $750 for stateside weddings and $1,500 for international weddings. *There are no travel fees for WA, OR or CA weddings in June, July, or August. If requiring travel for engagement photos then travel fees will apply*
